PlayFit Education Inc. is specializes in children’s fitness, health, physical education and playground programs. We offer staff development training workshops and teaching resources to help teachers teach children how to live active, healthy lives. Our focus is on using developmentally appropriate games and activities that promote the development of social skills, thinking and problem-solving skills, motor development, and fitness.
